- K Riley Added 2017-10-26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Let me start by saying, I do not bank here - and I'm very grateful for that! I stopped here to use their bank machine, as RBC does not have one in Stony plain. The ATM started to blink and would not release my card - giving me the error message that my card was being kept by the financial institution as it had " timed out". I called the bank first thing, the next morning only to be told that my card was destroyed - without even waiting more than 2 hours to see if someone called about it. So glad I do not bank with a company who takes it upon themselves to destroy someone's personal bank card without even waiting 24 hours. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
